What counts as a 'property credit'?
A property credit is used when your agent sources a property. Each credit includes full property data plus owner contact information — phone numbers, emails, and mailing addresses. Browsing search result counts doesn't use credits.
How do postcards work?
Pro and above plans include postcards each month. Your agent can send physical postcards to property owners on your behalf. Additional postcards are available as add-ons at tiered rates. Postcards are printed and mailed via USPS with tracking.
What happens when I hit my monthly limits?
You'll see a prompt to either upgrade to a higher tier or purchase an add-on pack. We never cut off access unexpectedly—you'll always have time to decide how to proceed.
Can I change plans at any time?
Yes! You can upgrade instantly and we'll prorate the difference. If you downgrade, the change takes effect at the start of your next billing cycle.
What's the difference between CRM and Advanced CRM?
All CRM plans include owner management, pipeline tracking, and interaction logging. Advanced CRM (Broker and above) adds custom playbook creation — build your own multi-step outreach sequences — plus team management with shared credit pools.
Do unused credits roll over?
Credits reset at the start of each billing period and don't roll over. This keeps pricing simple and predictable for everyone.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) through our secure payment processor, Stripe.
