Broker and Enterprise plans also include handwritten greeting cards via Simply Noted — real pen-and-ink cards that stand out in the mailbox. Additional postcards and greeting cards are available as add-ons at tiered rates.

What happens when I hit my monthly limits?

You keep going. When you exceed your included credits, additional usage is billed at your tier's per-unit rate — for example, $0.12/credit on Pro or $0.08 on Broker. You can set a monthly spending cap to stay in control. You can also upgrade to a higher tier for more included credits at a lower per-unit rate.

Once you've used your included credits, additional property lookups, outreach emails, and postcards are billed at tiered per-unit rates that decrease as your plan level increases. You'll see your usage and spend in real-time on your billing dashboard, and you can set a spending cap at any time.

Can I change plans at any time?

Yes! You can upgrade instantly and we'll prorate the difference. If you downgrade, the change takes effect at the start of your next billing cycle.

How does quarterly billing work?

Quarterly billing charges you every three months at a 10% discount compared to monthly pricing. If you switch intervals mid-cycle, we'll prorate the difference so you only pay for what you use.

What's the difference between CRM and Advanced CRM?

All CRM plans include owner management, pipeline tracking, and interaction logging. Advanced CRM (Broker and above) adds custom playbook creation — build your own multi-step outreach sequences — plus team management with shared credit pools.
